Andrew Glazier represents business entities of all sizes ranging from start-up companies and small businesses to multi-million dollar companies doing business on a national and international basis. Andrew advises and counsels clients on a wide variety of legal matters, including technology transactions; federal and state technology regulations; privacy, data and cybersecurity; data center, hosting, and leasing agreements; software licensing; telecommunications and broadband; formations and incorporations; acquisitions; and general corporate and contract matters. Andrew has represented telecommunications clients before the Georgia Public Service Commission. He also advises individuals on business succession, estate planning, and probate law.
Andrew is licensed to practice law in both Florida and Georgia.
Andrew’s approach is to be both legal counsel and business adviser to his clients. Andrew guides his clients through the complexities of entity formation and contract negotiation, while considering the latest in and planning for future technology issues. Andrew is also able to bridge the gulf between technology design and the complex legalese of federal and state regulations.
Andrew received a B.S. degree in accounting from the University of South Carolina in 2009, and a J.D. from Florida State University College of Law in 2012, where he graduated cum laude. Andrew also received a Business Law Certificate from Florida State in 2012, cum laude.
Andrew is an active member of the State Bar of Florida and the State Bar of Georgia. He is also a member of the Technology Section of the Georgia Bar. He began his legal career as an associate for Sapronov & Associates, P.C. in Atlanta, Georgia, in 2012. He joined Glazier & Glazier, P .A., as an associate in 2015.
